I've lost 5.8 lbs.
In one week.
I kinda sorta think it's a bit of a fluke but the scale there doesn't lie and I weighed myself twice. Most likely a couple things to factor in. Was I wearing jeans last week and I'm not wearing jeans this week (yes, I marched in there in my undies folks!). That's at least 2 lbs. And I figure a good bit is water weight also. The consultant lady (don't even remember her name now - CRS is really bad for me) said that this is common the first few weeks and things will taper off.
Regardless, I will take it how I can get it. Woohoo - go me!
