Sooner or later, I knew it would happen

It was inevitable. Everyone said this kid would come out playing an XBOX. It took nearly 8 weeks, but here ya go.

We learn 'em young around here. And yes, the kid is staring at the tv and completely hypnotized by his Daddy's favorite game, Marvel vs Capcom 2. Yep, that's a giant arcade style joystick sitting on his lap. It is bigger than the baby, but Daddy didn't let that stop him.

In case you haven't figured it out, I am married to a geek. A 30-something, video game playing, comic book reading, anime & sci fi watching geek. Wikipedia defines geek as "a peculiar or otherwise odd person, especially one who is perceived to be overly obsessed with one or more things including those of intellectuality, electronics, gaming, etc." I wouldn't classify him as peculiar as that has a negative vibe and as far as what "otherwise odd" really means, I'm sure it is subject to interpretation. Regardless, I think he is pretty neat. He's a neat geek.

He's my neat geek. I love my geek.
